Harvard FL&R
Alumni Association │Rebranding and Website
In this exciting rebranding project I undertook for Harvard University's Fashion, Luxury and Design Alumni Association, my goal was to give a modern and flexible twist to the association's logo, while maintaining the academic essence and prestige associated with Harvard.
This project was completed during my role as a volunteer graphic designer for the association.

Logo Rebranding
The starting point was the iconic Harvard shield, a symbol recognized around the world for its connection to academic excellence. However, to reflect the dynamic and contemporary nature of the fashion, luxury and design alumni group, a reinterpretation of the crest was undertaken.
The general shape of the shield was retained, but given a modern and flexible twist. All the elements within the shield were eliminated and the shape was repeated within the shield, representing all the different themes and aspects that can be found in the areas of luxury, fashion and design.
The result was a shield that retained its historical legacy, but with a renewed look and feel adapted to the fashion and design industries.
Font Choice
The Bellota Text Bold font was chosen since it gives authenticity and uniqueness to the brand, thanks to the round ending of some of the letters, while maintaining the academic look and feel that represents Harvard.
It also contributed to the group's unique identity and its connection to the world of fashion and luxury.
Website Prototype
To take this experience beyond paper, I designed a prototype for the website. It provides detailed information about the association, events, news and resources for alumni.
The design is sleek and easy to navigate, reflecting the accessibility and sophistication of the association.
